Greeting cards and combined product orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, or First Class Package International for Canadian customers.
If you don't receive your order in 3 weeks, please reach out to me at annieshaoart@gmail.com. If your package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry, you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling costs for the new package.
You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to annieshaoart@gmail.com any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged products and packaging.
